2nd Anima Relic-No Toughening Up Quest. Hello, I've looked around a bit and none of the issues appear to match mine. I'm working on an AST relic and I had it on the Awoken stage when I decided I would also do my DRG. I was able to complete Soul Without Life, but Toughening Up isn't appearing. I'm currently on the Hyperconductive phase of my AST.
