It goes up when you win, down when you lose. And the amount you gain or lose depends on the other person's elo relative to yours. We will always have the solos they drop for promos like headliners, ultimate kickoff, holidays etc. There usually aren't a ton of those dropped at a time though. I miss the days when we had the Journey which was 150+ solos loaded with packs and a decent reward player.
